Chief Medical Officer

As Chief Medical Officer at Klick Health, Holly oversees the world’s largest, fully integrated medical team, ensuring strategic and scientific excellence in communications that support stakeholder education, engagement and ultimately impact patient outcomes. With a background in pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, Holly has worked across numerous therapeutic areas, focusing on both early clinical development and mature products. Her professional journey began as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Associate, which led to a PhD in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania. Holly’s accolades include a PM360 ELITE Strategist in 2018 and the 2023 MM&M Pinnacle Award.

Ellen Cappellino

Ellen Cappellino
Executive Director, Value, Access & Reimbursement 

Ellen is passionate about people, value, and access, with over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare services industry. She has a strong background in market access strategy, leading teams, and launching products across various therapeutic areas like oncology and rare diseases. Ellen has held significant roles at AstraZeneca, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Pfizer, and began her career as a research pharmacist at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. She holds a BSc from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and an MBA from New York University. Currently, as Executive Director, Value, Access & Reimbursement at Klick, Ellen leverages her expertise to highlight the benefits and optimal use of therapies. 

Casey McCann

Casey McCann
Executive Director, Value, Access & Reimbursement 

As the Executive Director, Value, Access & Reimbursement, Casey specializes in developing comprehensive value propositions to enhance patient access to medications. His 20+ years in pharmaceutical marketing include launching over 20 products in market access and reimbursement, managing product portfolios, and understanding the intricacies of managed-care systems globally. His work encompasses everything from prelaunch planning to implementing strategies for account managers. With an MBA from Zicklin School of Business, Casey’s experience in both HCP and the consumer healthcare sectors informs his holistic approach to market strategy across various stakeholders.
