Klick reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter this legal disclaimer, or any policy or guideline applicable to the Plugin, at any time. If we do so, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate these changes to you via email at the email address you provide in your registration information, if any, or we will post a notice on our site. Governing Law

This legal disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for the resolution of any disputes arising from or in connection with this legal disclaimer or the use of the Plugin.
